RETURN & REFUND POLICY // PROTOCOL 01
01. FINAL SALE RATIONALE
All items released under the KVL ARCHIVE are produced in limited quantities. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and the exclusivity of the collection, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for "change of mind," "incorrect size selection," or "ordered by mistake."
02. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is physically damaged or different from what you ordered, you must initiate a claim within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp.

Submission: Email [Your Support Email] with your order number in the subject line.

Evidence: You must attach high-resolution photos of the defect and the original packaging.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Any sign of wear will void the claim.
03. THE EVALUATION PROCESS
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the data within 3–5 business days.

Approved Claims: If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

Resolution: Upon receipt and inspection of the defective item, we will either ship a replacement (subject to availability) or issue a full refund to the original payment method.
04. CANCELLATIONS
Orders enter our processing queue immediately upon submission to ensure rapid dispatch.

Window: You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.

After 1 Hour: Once an order has been assigned a tracking number or entered the "Processing" stage, it can no longer be cancelled.
05. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
KVL is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

We recommend selecting a shipping method that requires a signature if your delivery location is not secure.

If a package is lost in transit (never delivered), we will open an investigation with the carrier before a replacement or credit can be issued.
06. RETURN SHIPPING
For approved returns regarding defects, KVL covers the cost of shipping. We do not accept "Return to Sender" or unauthorized packages; these will be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense.
