SHIPPING & LOGISTICS // PROTOCOL 03

01 // DISPATCH TIMELINE

All orders within the KVL ARCHIVE are subject to a processing period before shipment.

  • Processing: Please allow 2–5 business days for order verification, quality control, and encryption of shipping data.

  • High Volume: During new collection launches, processing may extend to 7 business days.

02 // DOMESTIC LOGISTICS (LOCAL)

  • Carrier: Standard shipping is handled via Local Carriers
    Transit Time: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

  • Tracking: A unique tracking hash will be transmitted to your registered email address immediately upon courier pickup.

03 // INTERNATIONAL TERMINALS

We provide global distribution to most international regions.

  • Transit Time: International shipments generally require 7–14 business days depending on the destination terminal and local customs processing.

  • Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The recipient is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes. KVL cannot predict these costs.

  • Refusal: If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties, the package will be abandoned or returned at the customer's expense; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

04 // ADDRESS INTEGRITY

  • Accuracy: We ship strictly to the address provided at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once the data has been sent to the carrier.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to courier restrictions on high-value archive items.

05 // DELIVERY ISSUES

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking data shows no movement for more than 10 business days, please contact @KVL_APPAREL to initiate a carrier investigation.

  • Stolen Packages: Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, KVL is no longer liable for the shipment. We recommend monitoring your tracking data closely to ensure a secure hand-off.
